What is Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT)?

Exercise with Oxygen Therapy, or EWOT, takes a completely different approach.
Instead of changing the pressure around your body, EWOT involves breathing higher concentrations of oxygen while doing moderate exercise.

During an EWOT session, you wear a mask connected to a reservoir bag filled with oxygen generated by an oxygen concentrator while performing a moderate cardio workout for 15 minutes. It can be anything like walking on a treadmill, cycling on a stationary bike, or using a cross trainer.

As you start exercising, your heart starts pumping faster, your breathing rate increases, and your muscles demand more oxygen to produce energy.
